New Royal Designers for Industry (RDI) and Honorary Royal Designers for Industry (Hon RDI) are elected each year. The Royal Society of Arts (RSA) is limited to appointing no more than five RDIs per year. They are committed to enriching the faculty with a diverse range of designers and disciplines. New RDIs and Hon RDIs are elected through a rigorous selection process which is determined by the RSA, details of which can be found here.
